Every class has a long term plan for the foundation subjects. These plans have been carefully written to ensure coverage of the National Curriculum and the Early Years Framework from Nursery to Year 6, ensuring that knowledge and skills are built upon and children are supported and challenged appropriately.
Subject leaders have a clear intent and rationale for their subjects and ensure that this is achieved through the class teacher’s planning.
